1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to the Bayville Minecraft server at mc.projectbayville.org, visiting this website, or interacting with any Bayville community space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Who Can Play

Players must be at least 10 years old to play on Project Bayville. Players under 13 should have a parent or guardian's permission, as Minecraft accounts for younger players are managed by a parent. We are a friendly, build-focused server and ask that all players follow the rules and treat the community with respect.

3. Server Rules

All in-game rules apply to every player on the server at all times. These include but are not limited to:

• No griefing — do not destroy or modify another player's build without permission
• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour toward other players or staff
• No cheating, hacking, or use of exploits that give an unfair advantage
• No advertising of other Minecraft servers or services

Staff and administrator decisions are final. Disputes may be raised via the official Discord, but admin decisions on bans and warnings are not subject to reversal through these Terms.

4. Donations

Donations made to Project Bayville are voluntary contributions to help cover server hosting costs and community expenses. They are not purchases of digital goods, in-game advantages, or services with any commercial guarantee. Please review our Refund Policy before donating.

5. Intellectual Property

Project Bayville is an independent fan project. Minecraft is a product owned by Mojang Studios, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. Project Bayville is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft in any way. All Minecraft-related intellectual property belongs to its respective owners.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any player from the server for violations of these Terms, the in-game rules, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the community, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Project Bayville is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, data persistence, or continuity of service. Server data, builds, and player progress may be lost due to technical issues. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the server or website.

8. Contact

All disputes, questions, and support requests must be submitted via the Bayville Discord server. We do not operate a formal legal correspondence address at this time.
