1. Mojang's EULA

Minecraft is a product owned by Mojang Studios, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. Playing on Project Bayville requires a valid, legitimately purchased Minecraft: Java Edition licence. By connecting to mc.projectbayville.org, you confirm that you own a valid copy of the game and agree to Mojang's End User Licence Agreement, available at minecraft.net/eula (opens in a new tab).

Project Bayville operates in full accordance with Mojang's server guidelines and EULA. We do not use any server-side modifications that violate these terms, and we do not charge for in-game advantages that Mojang prohibits.

2. Supplemental Server Agreement

In addition to Mojang's EULA, by connecting to mc.projectbayville.org you agree to follow all server rules as published on this website and posted in the in-game rulebook accessible from the spawn area. This includes the rules found in our Terms of Service. Ignorance of the rules is not an accepted defence for rule violations.

3. Donations and Cosmetic Perks

Any cosmetic rank, title, or in-game perk received as a thank-you for making a voluntary donation is provided at the discretion of the server. These perks are:

  • Cosmetic or access-based in nature — not gameplay advantages that violate Mojang's EULA
  • Voluntarily granted by the server team as recognition of community support
  • Subject to modification, removal, or replacement at any time without notice
  • Not a contractual obligation or guarantee of ongoing service

4. No Commercial Use

You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Project Bayville server, this website, or any Bayville community space. This includes but is not limited to screenshots of player builds, server assets, and community-created content. Non-commercial personal use and sharing is permitted and encouraged.

5. Age Requirement

Players must be at least 10 years old to play on Project Bayville. Players under 13 require a parent or guardian's permission, as Minecraft accounts for younger players are managed by a parent or guardian per Mojang's own policies. All players are expected to follow the server rules regardless of age.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this supplemental agreement, Mojang's EULA, or the server rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the server and all associated community spaces. Staff decisions on enforcement are final. Serious violations may also be reported to Mojang if they relate to breaches of their EULA.

7. Minecraft EULA Reference

We strongly encourage all players to read Mojang's official EULA in full before playing. It covers your rights and obligations as a Minecraft player and applies to all gameplay, including on third-party servers like Project Bayville.
